Our bakery lab lab produces everything good a bread and pastry shop has to offer.
Production varies continuously throughout the year, depending on the seasonality of the ingredients.

From the heart of the pastry shop, you will find a vast assortment of breakfast products such as biscuits, baked goods, cakes and pastries.

From the heart of bread shop made exclusively from selected 100% Italian flour and Mother Yeast, our beloved "Giorgino", a key member of our team.
The care we commit to Giorgino is reflected in the quality of our products!
Often our bakery is filled with the heady fragrance of Panettone and another fundamental ingredient comes into play: Time. Taking the right amount of time lets us obtain perfectly leavened and delicious products which melt in your mouth. Imagination then does the rest, suggesting yummy combinations to delight the palate.



But that's not all! You should know that VirtualBakery has its beating heart, the production lab, inside our family farm, surrounded by the Syracuse countryside. Our farm has 18 hectares of citrus garden (with more than 10 different varieties of citrus fruits), a vineyard, and olive, almond and pistachio trees. We also have other fruit trees and some tropical fruits among them (including Mangoes, Avocados, Passion Fruits, Guavas and other tropical fruits). We know what Nature has to offer, and we love to use it in our creations when possible.

From our peasant soul we make "zero-metre" Marmelade, using only citrus fruits from our family citrus garden, picked and processed within a few hours, as fresh as you can get!

In collaboration with neighbouring farms we obtain fantastic Jams, created from the best seasonal fresh fruits.

Our passion for top quality ingredients has led us to create a line of Spreadable Creams.We carefully select the nuts, we decide the right degree of roasting and finally, with a slow refining process in our melanger, with granite wheels, that lasts up to 18 hours; our Spreads come to life! What sets them apart is a very high proportion of nuts (ranging from 45% to 55%), for an intense and unforgettable taste.

Our creams and jams are the ideal accompaniment to our entire production of leavened pastries and more.
